The best plan for an anti aging diet is to eat a range of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are high in nutrients that fight cancer, reduce inflammation, produce nitric oxide, and much more.

Try to eat the colors of the rainbow everyday.  By doing this you will obtain all the different antioxidants and phytonutrients your body needs to function optimally.  If you do not eat fish regularly, then consider taking fish oil supplements to ensure you are getting plenty of health omega-3 fatty acids.
